Bespoke permanent makeup designed to complement your natural features, enhance your beauty and simplify your everyday routine.
The VIXEN Philosophy
Semi permanent makeup in Leeds that looks like you, on your very best day.
Your brows frame your face. It is only when they are gone that you realise how much they say.
VIXEN is a private permanent makeup studio in Morley, Leeds, run by artist Victoria Stoll. Every treatment begins with listening. Before a single stroke of pigment is placed, we talk about how you wear your makeup now, the look you love on your best days and the routine you would happily never repeat again.
Clients travel to VIXEN from across West Yorkshire, including Wakefield, Bradford, Batley and Dewsbury, because they want results that look striking in photos and natural in daylight. No harsh blocks of colour, no copy and paste shapes. Each design is mapped to your bone structure, coloured to your skin tone and built up with care so it heals softly and ages gracefully.
Tired of drawing on your brows every morning? Living with sparse or over-plucked arches? Reacting to everyday cosmetics? Permanent makeup gives you a quiet kind of freedom. Swim, train, travel and wake up knowing your face is already done.

What To Expect

Design
Your shape is measured, mapped and drawn on before anything begins. Pigment colour is matched to your skin tone and hair.

After six to eight weeks of healing, your top-up refines colour and shape so your result is truly finished.
Is It Right For You?
PMU For Real Life
For busy mornings, sensitive eyes and every woman who has ever left the house with one brow higher than the other.
Permanent makeup in Leeds suits a wonderfully wide range of clients. Some come to VIXEN because years of over-plucking left their brows thin and patchy. Others have naturally fair brows and lashes that disappear without makeup, or hair thinning that makes daily brow pencil a chore. Many are mums, nurses, gym lovers and shift workers who simply want to look put together without the time it takes.
Lip blush is a favourite with clients whose lip colour has faded with age, who have an uneven lip line, or who love lipstick but hate reapplying it. Permanent eyeliner is a gift for anyone with watery eyes, mascara allergies, contact lenses or less steady hands.
Unsure where to start? Book a consultation. Victoria will look at your features, skin and lifestyle and recommend the one change that will make you feel most like yourself. Often it is brows first, as they frame the whole face.
Natural, Never Overdone
Soft, flattering designs built to look like you, complement your features and fade gracefully over time, never leaving you with a dated look.
Honest Advice
The truth about what will suit you, how your skin type affects healing and what results to expect. No pressure, no hard sell.
Clinical Standards
Exacting hygiene standards, single-use needles, quality pigments and a calm, private studio where you can truly relax.

Recommends VIXEN
I had my eyebrows done by Victoria and couldn’t be happier. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and really listened to what I wanted. My eyebrows look ace, exactly how I imagine they would’ve if I hadn’t plucked them all out in Year 9. Honestly, they turned out even better than I imagined. Victoria is funny, down to earth and you can tell she really cares about her clients.
Healing & Aftercare
Caring For Your New Look
You will receive full written aftercare at your appointment. Here is what the healing journey looks like.
- For the first few days your colour will look darker and sharper than the final result. Completely normal.
- Keep the area clean and dry, apply aftercare balm as directed and avoid makeup on the treated area.
- Avoid swimming, saunas, sunbeds, heavy sweating and picking at flaking skin for around two weeks.
- Colour may look patchy or light while the skin settles. Your true result shows at around four to six weeks.
- Your top-up perfects everything. After that, protect your results with SPF and plan a colour boost every one to two years.

Questions
PMU FAQs
Does permanent makeup hurt?
Most clients are pleasantly surprised. A topical numbing cream is used before and during your treatment, and many people describe the feeling as a light scratching or vibration. Brows are usually the most comfortable, while lips and eyeliner can feel a little more sensitive.
How long does semi permanent makeup last?
Powder brows, lip blush and eyeliner typically last one to three years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and skincare routine. Oily skin and regular use of exfoliating products can fade pigment faster. A colour boost every twelve to eighteen months keeps your look fresh.
Is a top-up appointment included?
Yes. Permanent makeup is a two-step process. Your top-up session is booked six to eight weeks after your first appointment so Victoria can refine colour, fill any areas that healed lighter and perfect the shape.
Microblading or powder brows?
Microblading uses a hand tool to create fine hair-like strokes, while powder brows use a machine to create a soft, shaded finish. Powder brows tend to heal more evenly, last longer and suit a wider range of skin types, especially oily and mature skin, which is why Victoria recommends them for most clients in Leeds.
Who is not suitable for permanent makeup?
Treatment is not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, undergoing chemotherapy, using Roaccutane or have certain skin conditions on the treatment area. Some medical conditions and medications need GP approval first. Everything is discussed fully at your consultation so you can proceed safely.
How should I prepare?
Avoid alcohol, caffeine and blood-thinning painkillers for 24 hours beforehand, and stop retinol, acids and exfoliating products on the area for at least a week. Avoid tanning and do not tint or wax your brows in the week before a brow appointment. Arrive with clean skin and, if you like, bring photos of looks you love.
How much does permanent makeup cost in Leeds?
At VIXEN, brows start from £300, lip blush from £275 and eyeliner from £225, all including your 6 week touch up and full aftercare. 3D areola tattooing starts from £400 and uplift scar camouflage from £350. Consultations are free. See the full treatments and prices page for every option.
Can you fix old permanent makeup?
In many cases, yes. Faded or discoloured brows can often be colour corrected and refreshed. Very dark, heavy or poorly placed work may need lightening first. Send clear photos ahead of your consultation and Victoria will give you honest advice on the best route forward.
How do I book?
Book your consultation or treatment online any time through our secure booking page. If you have questions first, call or message Victoria on 07857 108931 or email [email protected].
